Natalya Petrekin, Client Success Manager
Congratulations to Natalya Petrekin on being promoted from Service Coordinator to Client Success Manger.
Natalya started working at 365 Technologies in May 2017. She has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including earning an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Technology Management from Red River College, and a Computer Studies Diploma, and B.Sc. in Computing and Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
In her new role, Natalya will communicate, strengthen, and grow relationships with our clients to ensure they have the best service possible, and leverage technology to meet their business goals and needs.

Kellianne Dawe, Service Coordinator
Welcome to Kellianne Dawe, our new Service Coordinator.
Kellianne has over 22 years of experience in customer service and operations in the logistics and transportation industries. She’s worked at CP Rail, where she managed over 70 drivers with 300 daily deliveries and pickups, and worked as Logistics Coordinator at Compass Minerals and Freight Routing Specialist at G2 Logistics.
In her new role, she’ll assign, schedule and coordinate our technicians to respond to our client service tickets. She’ll communicate with our clients to ensure quality assurance – updating them on their help-ticket status, estimated response time, and ticket completion.
